Quotations

All quotations are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Quotations are based on the information provided at the time of inspection. Prices may vary if additional work is required or if site conditions differ from those described.

Surveys & Inspections

Free inspections provide a visual assessment only. Detailed surveys from £230 include a comprehensive written report with photographs. Part refund of the survey fees are deducted from the final invoice if you proceed with the work (depending on extent of job).

Payment Terms

• Deposit: 30% deposit required to secure booking
• Balance: Remaining 70% due upon completion
• Emergency Repairs: Payment due upon completion
• Payment Methods: Cash, bank transfer, or card (subject to availability)

Cancellations

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled start date. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made less than 48 hours before work commences or after materials have been ordered.

Maximum Liability: Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.

Consequential Losses: We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses including (but not limited to):

• Loss of business or profits
• Damage to property contents
• Costs of alternative accommodation
• Losses arising from delays beyond our reasonable control

Insurance: We carry public liability insurance. We are not responsible for damage caused by hidden defects, pre-existing conditions, or issues beyond our reasonable control.

Inspection Limitations: Our inspections and quotations are based on visible conditions at the time of assessment. We cannot be held liable for hidden defects, concealed damage, or structural issues that become apparent only after work commences. Additional charges may apply for unforeseen work.
